Terms & Conditions – 777h

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 777h ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777h website located at 777h.biz and all associated services, including but not limited to live casino, online slots, crash games, sports betting, and all account-related functions.

By accessing the 777h platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777h platform.

To register and use the 777h platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 777h platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before processing a withdrawal, 777h requires identity verification. You will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) – both front and back – or your passport data page.
• A selfie or additional documentation may be requested for higher withdrawal amounts or where the platform deems further verification necessary.

KYC documents are reviewed by the 777h compliance team. Providing false, misleading, or third-party documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 777h will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login details. You agree to notify 777h support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

All transactions on the 777h platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777h supports the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method (from Rs 500 for mobile wallets). Detailed processing times are set out in the Banking section of the platform. 777h does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account or card used for deposits must be registered in your verified name.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to an account held in the same name as your verified 777h account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. 777h reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.

777h reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance in circumstances where fraud, system error, or a violation of these Terms is identified prior to payment execution.

You acknowledge that your use of JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any bank account to transact with 777h must comply with the terms of service of those respective payment providers. 777h accepts no liability for any restrictions imposed by payment providers on gambling-related transactions.

777h may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between general promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 777h reserves the right to restrict bonus availability by account, payment method, or geographic location at its discretion.
• Attempting to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent bonus conditions – including through the use of multiple accounts, VPN services, or coordinated wagering with other players – constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• 777h reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel bonus funds and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified, and to suspend or terminate the relevant accounts.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds are applied unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on the 777h platform are final once confirmed. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds wagered. 777h accepts no liability for losses incurred through the normal operation of its games and betting markets.

777h reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors, palpable mistakes, system malfunctions, suspected match-fixing or corruption, or any other circumstance that 777h determines in good faith warrants voidance. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

For live casino games, outcomes are determined by physical dealing and play. For software-based games including slots and crash, outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). 777h does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or betting option and reserves the right to remove or modify products at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777h platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary player use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from identifiable errors must be reported and may be reversed.

All content on the 777h platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, graphics, trademarks, text, and the overall design and structure of the website, is the property of 777h or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777h platform without express written authorisation from 777h. Any unauthorised use of 777h intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may attract legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777h, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from your use of the platform, including gambling losses.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to platform availability, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays or refusals in processing transactions by JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any bank.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining after the settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method. Where termination results from a material breach, 777h reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit such balances entirely.

Your continued use of the 777h platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 777h's internal dispute resolution process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to separate laws and regulations in Pakistan at the federal and provincial level. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when accessing 777h.
